How do I order?
These are the sale packages and not a regular shop. It is easy and money saving shopping. We described more details in the how it work section. Once the order is finalized then you proceed to the check out page where our program assigns you a order number by which you can have the details of your order until delivered.

What is the shipping cost ?
All sale package price are inclusive of the shipping charge. There is no shipping cost levied separately for these sale packages.

I want automatic saree how should I go about it ?
Automatic saree costs you additional $ 17.50 / each and we have to process it manually. Once you order the saree you can make request to make it automatic. Or after you order simply multiply by $ 17.50 to  the total number of sarees you need to convert into automatic sarees and than pay this amount at : www.priyankas.com/ccpay 

Can I buy any individual product from these galleries?
No this site i.e. http://www.bombayfashion.com/ does not allow you to buy customized items (singular), however you can buy all these type of products from our other site: http://www.priyankas.com/ or please use any link from the main page top panel.

What is the difference between Plain Blouse and Designer Blouse?
Plain Blouse means a simple blouse matching to the saree. In 60% cases these blouses have a sleeve border same as the saree border but they do not have have any kind of embroidery, zardosi work and thread work. Designer Blouses always have some sort of work such as embroidery, cut work,  zardosi , stone, etc. Most of these blouses are made from different fabrics like satin, velvet, etc., and matching to the saree as far as color is concerned.

Can we give you the measurements by email ?
Yes you may do so. But you should know the correct field of measurements. Most of our clients are not comfortable with the measurements at the time of placing the order. In this case you should select the radio button "Will submit the measurements after". You have two options: either save the measurement page on your hard disk and submit it whenever you feel like doing so or else write to us and we will give you the correct link to submit the measurements.

How long does it take to ship the ordered garments ?
Normal delivery period is 10 days. In case your selection involves intricate handwork it may take another week extra. All other  deliveries are made through 1st class express mail service and it takes a maximum of 10 to 12 working days.

How do you accept payment?
We accept payment in various ways but most fastest way is to pay by on  line credit card or wire transfer. Our E-commerce facility is associated with World Pay (for master and Visa card ) and CCNow (for Amex and discovery card). What kind of matching accessories do you offer ?
Blouse and petticoat are the essential parts ingredient with a saree. Apart from these we offer matching Bindi's and Tika's , imitation jewelry or 90 touch jewelry (silver mix metal plated with gold plating ), hair pins and other accessories such as, shoes, shawls, scarf, etc

What sort of guarantee do you offer for matching jewelry ?
We are sure that you should not face any problem for at least 24 months. But all this depends on how you handle the product, the weather conditions, etc. Hence we do not offer any sort of guarantee as such for imitation jewelry.
