01. For the sake of the privacy of our clients we do not share the database under any circumstances. Our clients well-being is utmost in our list of priorities.
02. Our aim is to build a long term relationship with our clients whereby they have complete confidence in us and would return to us to fulfill their requirements.
03. We believe in 100% satisfaction policy. Keeping our clients completely satisfied is our aim. There are instances whereby for our clients we have had to spend more than we earn and we do this with a smile on our face. We know and are sure that clients who are 100% satisfied will keep coming back to us. So doing things out of the way for them will bring them to us for ever.

To safeguard us as well as our clients we have a substitution policy that follows the following points:

What is substitution?

In India, various saree makers introduce over 5000 new designs and color patterns every week. Most of them are almost the same, with a little variation from the previous patterns. There may be minor differences in design -- for example, the flowers in a floral pattern may be smaller or larger. There is no take away from the overall look of the saree.

Sometimes, when your specific order is not available, we may need to substitute a saree. This happens very rarely. But it may become necessary, to ensure your order is delivered on time. If we need to dispatch a substitute, we take utmost care to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

What form does substitution take?

For simplicity, we divide a saree into three segments.

The Saree Base Color: This can be yellow, blue, lemon, lavender, light blue, green, black, gray, red etc...

The Border, Pallu Color: This is usually a contrast to the base color.

The Design and Pattern: This includes the designs on the saree, on the pallu, and on the border. They can be floral designs, geometric designs, etc...

# There shall be no substitution in type of fabric quality.

# There shall be no substitution in the Base, Border, and Pallu colors.

Our main aim is to fulfill your order with the Base, Border, and Pallu colors exactly as you ordered them. Substitution can only take place in minor changes in the pattern. In fact, if a situation arises when substitution is essential, we take pains to see that the substituted item is of a higher price category.

Which is why, until today, hardly  received any  complaint from any of our clients regarding substitution.

How can substitution be avoided?

If you are very keen on receiving your saree only 'As Shown', we recommend that while ordering, you mention that in the 'Your Remarks' or 'Special Instruction' column. However you must bear in mind that all the sarees in the catalogues are modeled with special light effects and other appealing effects. Therefore what you finally get is not exactly what you've seen as far as shine, brightness or dullness is concerned. At the same time it is not completely different. We will undoubtedly take utmost care to maintain the overall appearance of the saree as published in the online catalogue, especially when substitution becomes necessary.

Here are a few examples of substitution:

01 In this saree there is a white background with black differently shaped dots. In the case of the substitute saree the size and shape of the dots may vary as well as the shade of the background but to a minimal extent.
02 In this saree there is a black background with cream flowers and a border. In the substitute saree the background may remain the same but the flowers maybe slightly different. The border may also be slightly broader or narrower or of a slightly different pattern.
03 This is a shaded saree with a print. As far as the substitute saree is concerned the shaded ratio may differ as well as there maybe a variation in the print.
04 This is a checks saree along with dots as well as a border. In the case of the substitute saree the size of the checks may vary, there could be a variation in the dots as well as the size of the border.
05 This red saree has a few gold butis and a gold border. As far as the substitute saree is concerned the number and size of butis could vary as well as the size of the border. It could be broader or thinner.
